*Basics*

1. I reserve the right to change these terms any time I see fit, will give notice.

2. I reserve the right to cancel anyone's membership if my terms are not being followed and without any kind of refund.

3. You are required to place my membership logo on your site within a week. Please, make sure the link is correct.

4. You DO NOT need a web site to join.

5. If you do have a site I require the URL when joining.

6. If you do have a site and it contains a members area I DO NOT require a password to gain access

7. You ARE NOT to give your membership login information to anyone.

8. You ARE required to join my updates ONLY group once you have gained access to the members area.

9. You must keep members logo on your site and linked to Blue Creations (www.bluecreations.net) even if/when membership expires if you continue to use items found in the members area. This includes sig tags as well.

10. Anyone caught bashing, bad-mouthing, or slandering this site will immediately lose their membership WITHOUT refund of any kind. If you have a problem please just email me and let me know. I am always ready to answer questions and make this site the best it can be.

11. You are REQUIRED to join my update group to receive important news about this site.

*Membership Trades*

1. I prefer to trade lifetime of the site (of course!).

2. If for whatever reason you close your site after our trade your membership will be terminated at Blue Creations as well. This is only FAIR

3. I WILL NOT trade with sites that have a bad reputation, free membership area (no pay), or has terms that doesn't allow me to use their graphics for my members area.

4. Not sure .... Just ask :)

*Sig Tags*

1. The Sig Tags you request are for your use. When placed on a site or used in email you MUST provide a link to my site (www.bluecreations.net).

2. You MAY NOT pass them around in email groups.

3. If making tags for friend please have them link back to www.bluecreations.net wherever they are used.

4. You have unlimited amount.

5. Free Monthly Tag MUST be link back to this site when used or displayed.

6. Due to the fact that the tags are now downloaded by you and text added by you Link back, and PLEASE DO NOT "Hand Out" my tags to everyone! You may give them as gifts to sisters and friends once-in-awhile.

7. UNDER NO CURCUMSTANCES Do YOU CHANGE ANYTHHING!!!! You can add text this is it!!

8. ANY FOUND BREAKING MY TERMS HERE... WILL BE TERMINATED!!

9. If you can not add your own text please request them. I will gladly do them for you. This is ONLY for those who can not. Not those who DON'T WANT TO!!!

*Line Art*

1. You can make tags, stationary, adoptions, web sets, tube packs...

2. You MAY NOT claim the lines as your own.

3. You MAY change a few pixels here and there to meet your needs.

4. You MAY NOT tube my lines without a tubing license (Inexpensive).

*Incredimail*

1. All Incredimail Letters in the members area are available to everyone unless stated, you may sent to a friend if you think they might like it. DO NOT pass my letters around in Yahoo, Google, or MSN groups as snags.

2. They ARE NOT to be placed on your site for others to download.

3. DO NOT remove any links at the bottom of each letter.

4. If you use Outlook Express and you like to convert my IM Leters over this is fine. They must stay the way they were intended though. Please make sure ALL credits are placed where I had them.

*Tubes*

1. YOU must link back to Blue Creations (www.bluecreations.net) when using any of the tubes provided here.
2. You can use these tubes to decorate your site or make graphics.
3. You can use my tubes to make the following:

a. Sig Tags
b. Incredimail Letters
c. Websets
d. Online Scrapbooks
e. Adoptions
They can be for free or placed for purchase from your site

If you aren't sure just ask!!

4. You MAY NOT make tutorials, outlines/lineart, or tubes for your site from my tubes.

5. You MAY NOT use my tubes for cross stitch, or any printable items

*Adoptions/Premades*

1. You may place these on your site for others to adopt.

2. The adoption certificate must be placed with the adoption.

3. You are NOT to place these on your site for others to purchased, they must be for free.
