What are the advantages of using a dry sauna or bath?

I know many say that detoxifies the body. But I also know that many people does not believe in detoxification of the body. Others say the Weight Loss. I know with certainty that any weight you lose in a sauna is just the weight of the water and recovered. I myself am going to relax in the sauna after swimming or exercise. But I wonder if there is any benefit?

I think sweating is one of the best ways to maintain or improve their health as recommended by doctors. I do not think sitting in a sauna you would actually lose weight, although they can burn some calories. It's from my own experience. However, the Infrared Sauna I have helped me a lot for cleansing and relaxation. In general, it feels much better with regular sauna sessions. Use sand or gravel 1 inch or gravel is washed?

I think the smaller size of land to prevent the holes made by the weight of the pool. I think Gravel is the smallest. The sand is less likely to puncture. If you are saying 1 "of gravel then I guess I know what they're talking about. I would go with the sand to be on the safe side.
