I believe that thinking, say the name, see the sign: they are now more vulnerable at night?
how and why to incorporate the things we perceive in the safety of daylight in the horror of a nightmare? if we become open to the possibilities of what can be "out there", invoking a name (Lilith, Cthulhu, voodoo), and a sign (works of art, horror movie or novel, disturbing images of "things turned sour ') or a whimsical thought, Seemingly innocent during our waking hours, things may return to haunt "us in the dark? calling attention to ourselves by detecting of these horrors, are you more vulnerable to Bacoma in our semi-unconscious state of sleep? In short, where are horrible, vivid nightmares come? What's your take?
Well, Patz, I'm a dreamer alive. I have dreams very rare, sometimes scary, most times not. I've been known to wake up but when it comes screaming from a nightmare. reading even in dreams, because they are such a big part of my life, I discovered that dreams are as important to their processes thinking during the day. Throughout the day, your mind has these unanswered questions, or questions, but just a lot of new information. For the night while you sleep, your brain has all this new information and add links to other information already in your brain. So you spend the night for find connections between their new and old experiences. If there is a problem that worries more, your brain go to work looking at all sorts of things I've learned, but not necessarily connect with the experience. It will try to find all the information you need to solve the problem. So if you're like me, the next morning in the shower suddenly going to think of a solution and we think the shower is a magical place. But it was really the work you did while you were asleep. My opinion respect is that these nightmares are just "oh shit!" types of connections. Please see the link and start to feel overwhelmed, or abandoned, or ugly, or incompetent or whatever is, there are usually plenty of images of fear, the brain can throw at you. However, it is likely to help you cope with the real situation, either giving information and coping skills or physical release giving some of the fears (tachycardia, adrenelin flowing). Sometimes it's just for you on the track that is having the fear of some kind, so you can consciously think about it, (maybe you have not been allowing yourself to recognize it).
